Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns, except for damaged products received upon delivery.

Due to the nature of our products and past instances of fraud and chargeback abuse, we enforce a strict no-refund, no-return policy.

Damaged Items Only

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Clear images of the original packaging

Failure to provide this information within 48 hours will result in the claim being denied.

If damage is confirmed, we will offer one of the following at our sole discretion:

  • A replacement of the same item

  • Store credit

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failure to like or "change of mind."

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier

  • Unauthorized chargeback attempts

NO CHARGEBACK / FRAUD PREVENTION NOTICE

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are the authorized cardholder or have permission from the cardholder

  • You recognize this transaction and business name on your bank statement

  • Filing a false chargeback constitutes fraud

We actively contest all chargebacks and submit:

  • Order confirmation

  • IP address logs

  • Payment authorization data

  • Shipping confirmation

  • Delivery verification

Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent blacklisting from future purchases.
